Terms and Conditions

  1. City Outfitters (Pty) Ltd trading as City Hall is a business in the retail industry which markets clothing and shoes.
  2. The offering on this website is available to South Africa only.
  3. Orders will be confirmed and billed via the email address provided on the order form.
  4. Final invoice amount to be paid in full before shipping. Goods will only be shipped once the full amount reflects in the sender’s account.
  5. The provision of goods and services by City Outfitters (Pty) Ltd is subject to availability. In some cases, due to the nature of the online store, overselling may occur resulting in refunds. We will refund a client in full within 30 Days.
  6. Handling time may vary from 1-3 days on average depending on the dispatch load. Orders placed before 2PM on any given day usually get dispatched the same day. Customers will be contacted in the event of a stock issue or a delay of dispatch.
  7. A tracking number for each order will be provided via email upon shipment.
  8. We will only deem a package lost if it has not arrived at the destination after 60 days. At this stage we will issue a full refund and make arrangements with the customer.
  9. We do not accept international returns/exchanges.
  10. City Outfitters (Pty) Ltd takes no responsibility for returned packages with incorrectly provided addresses. Should a package return – customer can opt for a refund less shipping the fee, or to pay an additional shipping fee for a re-shipment.
  11. All sales are final. No refunds. This is most applicable to incorrect size choice by the customer.
  12. Returns are accepted in very specific instances, and are subject to agreement to the RETURNS POLICY.
  13. Clearance/Sale product: may not be refunded or exchanged. All Clearance sales are final and will not be accepted for refunds or exchanges.
  14. Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, and are subject to signature authorisation.
  15. Shipments go out Monday through Friday, not including public holidays.
  16. Orders with incorrect billing information, or requiring additional verification, will be delayed.
  17. In the case of returned shipments, the customer is responsible for any and all additional shipping fees incurred.
  18. All shoes and clothing are 100% authentic. We do not sell, accept, or otherwise deal with fakes or factory variants. Buy with confidence as all items offered for sale are thoroughly inspected by experienced staff for condition and authenticity.
  19. City Outfitters (Pty) Ltd takes all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).   20. Card transactions will be acquired for City Outfitters (Pty) Ltd via PayGate (Pty) Ltd, the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
  21. City Outfitters (Pty) Ltd will store customer details separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on DPO PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za
  22. The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
  23. City Outfitters (Pty) Ltd takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction, including sale of goods and services sold on this website; customer service and support; dispute resolution; and delivery of goods.
  24. City Outfitters (Pty) Ltd may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
